A Jewel called Jefferson

Jefferson has a population of 2,200. It is a town tastefully preserved and has changed little since 19th century. You have the magnolia coloured typically southern mansions and the neatly spaced cottages with traditional porches and it is said that porch-sitting is an art in this town. Horse drawn carriages still trundle along the streets. This seems to attract the Harley Davidson crowds and their bandana wearing late middle age wannabe tough bikers. The place is worth a visit. Tomorrow…..Uncertain!
